Junmai Sake made using the slower, low temperature Yamahai method with Omachi rice for a robust, bold flavor, ample Umami, and the faintest hint of vegetal spice. Tastes great at any temperature. Brewed in Saga, Japan by Amabuki, a brewery with their own yeast lab that identified and selected the yeast for fermenting this Sake from the petal of a marigold blossom. 15%ABV
