Delicious, delicate, Junmai Ginjo Sake with the faintest hint of sweetness and note of strawberry on the nose and finish. Brewed in Saga, Japan by Amabuki, a brewery with their own yeast lab that identified and selected the yeast for fermenting this Sake from the petal of a strawberry blossom. 16%ABV
